My current Christmas Shopping situation is: Not Good.
This year, more than any other year in the history of years, I am the most disorganised and skint person ever. My present buying, card writing, card buying, dinner organising and tree decorating is pretty much all still to do. I swear it’s giving me festive anxiety.
But Lo! I have finally gotten round to ticking another thing of the festive list; My Christmas Consumerism/December Favourite Things is here! Forget the Coke ad, now you know holidays are REALLY comin’!
These are the many and varied things I’m besotted with at the moment. Well, I say varied. They’re all pretty uniform colour-wise. These are the things I’d buy myself for Christmas if I were my only friend. Sadly I have real friends to buy for so none of these things will come into my possession but hey, if Santa’s reading this…
It’s a fairly materialistic list but just to clarify I’m not a total beast. You can take it as a given that I also would like goodwill to all men, time spent with my nearest and dearest, a 2015 filled with travels, adventures and new experiences, and world peace.
But it’s easier to find pictures of nice handbags.
